americana roosters or hens!!?

I got these two at a flock swap two weeks ago, and they are starting to look and act like rooster.. be t then again I don't know, I need you all's options?? What do you think?

I was wondering about the temperament of the Americana rooster. Are they generally friendly or are they aggressive? I had a barred rock Cockrel that died yesterday and the feed store only has Americana roosters so that is why I am asking.

I have one that will climb right up in my lap, another thats totally apathetic to me being anywhere around. They're 9 weeks old and thst could change but for now not aggressive at all. I do think raising them from chicks helps keep them from being aggressive around you

Thanks guys.. I heard need of them briefly trying to crow this morning, not even sure how old they are.. maybe 3 months old? The lady I got t them from said 8 weeks.. but I highly doubt that, they where fully feathered two weeks ago when I got them.. these are pics f them tweet weeks ago

I would guess the one on the right is a cockerel, I would love feedback after you have confirmed. My Ameraucanas are 8 days old and we have conflicting guesses throughout our family.

Well,I definitely can't have a rooster where I live :/ this stinks.. they are beautiful and funny to watch! I guess they will have to go to another home..Thanks for all the opinions! I just need some more people to clarify what I already knew.
