Americanas? Anyone seen a black and white one?

Agree! I have a mixed flock including a hatchery 'Americana' named Eva. Eva is one of my top 2 layers. She lays pink tinted eggs --a legitimate jumbo--reliably 5-6 days a week. Great personlaity too.

I must say though I really get a kick out of Earl the smallest roo.. he would be the sliver and black, he is so funny to watch.. he thinks hes big stuff..

and the now Maximus is got the beauty but not much in way of brains.. haha.. darcy the blue and red is the sneaky one.

I was really studying them today and the red girl ( like your red boy above and yeah I love the color myself) has little thin very feminine legs and feet.. so Im hoping that surely one will be a girl..

I don't think i've ever seen a duckwing those are very striking.

I thoroughly enjoyed the pics of your birds and yes it helps soo much to be able to see what someone is talking about.. Im just a very visual person I guess..

went to take pics but batteries are dead trying to find some new ones.. now Im excited to show them.. even though ya'll know they are not at the weight or feathered the way I would like them to be.. but good thing is they are re-growing feathers. especially in their tails..

Hi all
well I got some pics of my EE's today.. hope that you can see their coloring.

first up ... Farrah turned Maximus:

its hard to see but he has full length blue feathers in his tail with the white.. very pretty.

tried to get his flowing neck feathers.. kind of hard to see.. size wise maximus is the largest of the EE's but still baby talks and trills at bed time?

this is Earl.. Earl is my favorite of the boys.. he has the best and funniest personality.. just a hoot to watch.

this is Darcy.. I know still a girly name but Darcy fits so Im gonna leave it even though now I know red on wings indicates a male.

Darcys other side.. so when people ask me.. What color is he called.. tell me.. What do I say..?? I dont know what color to call him?

Rita was really hard to get photos of she is very camera shy.. gosh fingers crossed, Rita is a Rita, she has very thin and feminnine legs and feet..

So what do ya'll think?
