An Amish man stole my poop bucket! rant!

Here anything out by the curb next to trash can is fair game and considered meant to be taken.

Too bad you lost your bucket though! If it was just a regular 5 gallon bucket you can get a new one for free from a fast food place, just ask for a pickle bucket! And definitely label it.

"An Amish man stole my poop bucket!"

Please call 911 and say this, and record the response you get!

Thanks for what may be the best thread title in the history of the universe.

I say it was fair game, at least in his mind.

If you had stopped him and yelled at him he could have said, "Don't speak to me that way! I don't take crap from anybody!"

If you think that's bad, what about this?

I was at an acquaintence's house one day & complimented her on the beautiful dining room set she had. It was a nice big table with matching chairs and a big china cabinet. She thanked me and went on to explain, most proudly, how she & her husband were driving down the street one day and saw this set sitting out by the curb -- with a sign on it saying "For Salvation Army pickup"!! They interpreted it as "free to good home" and rushed home to call a friend with a pickup truck, who met them back by that curb, and they packed up the whole set and brought it home.

She was so proud of their great "free find", and I was so astonished, that I couldn't find the words to say "But that was stealing from the Salvation Army!"

I dont get it I use a tub for my recyclables and a bin too (neither are ment for it or say anything on it) and I dont expect someone to take it, just like I dont expect them to take the garbage bins. other things yes but containers for trash? No, those items are not supposed to be taken.

it is funny though

Around here if it's on the side of the road, its game! We have a desk on the side of the road with a free sign. No one wants it LOL.

I had some one still a garbage can once...(gross) they must of needed it worse than I did...
also why is it hard to get the garbage man to pick up a broke trash can even with a sign on it to please throw it away?
