For clarification, this is similar to what ebay does. They charge per listing to encourage peeps to only list items that will sell. If your items don't sell you shouldn't keep posting them over and over every day... at least now without changing the price, details, quality, etc.

A lot of these changes may seem restrictive, but just like all the other rules on BYC they actually help things to run smoother.

What if someone has a website(or sells on eBay or Etsy), and they prefer to use the checkout feature on it?

I liked the other suggestion before, that GFMs got 4 a week, and non-GFMs got 2, that is still less than what I do in the spring, but better than 10 a month.

I have listed quail eggs in one thread, and had 7 or 8 (if not more) sales on that one thread, were posts such as this taken into consideration as well?

so im confused. THis is the listing I posted before i saw this one (it was closed)

My son is going to have quite a few bags or the dried corn very soon. This is the stuff coming out of the bins already dried. $15 per 100lb bag. I already have 2 people who will get first dibs. A little while later we will have corn "fines" during harvest which has pretty much what ever is in the field in it, cracked corn, some berries and seeds but it is not dried like what we have now. Either is good for chickens, goats, etc. Please pm me if your interested. First come...

How would I auction this? cant do it per 100lb because im only allowed 3 listings and some want 1, some may want 4 or more? I dont think this system will work for everything. what should I do?


edit just to clarify, i am selling it to local members, not shipping. there are quite a few members in my general area
