My sister lives in Dallas, north side, she and her husband have a resteraunt there and I get down to visit every so often. A great town to see and lots to do there.

Thanks everyone!
A chicken math question: should I start with 3 or 5?
In terms of pecking order, health and happiness of the flock, ease of adding new birds later, is there a reason to do one or the other? I figure the only cost difference will be the price of the birds and a bit more food... Any advice? I guess chicken TV will be more entertaining with 5, right

I'd go with 5! That's what I started with and it just feels right...

That's what I'm leaning towards...

Oh, I've always been weirdly attached to the idea of going to both Dallas and New York, for some odd reason.

Maybe it's to do with the airports, American ATC is awesome.

I live in the city too. Suburban chicken keeping is a real blast, it's always been so much fun! It seems the smaller the garden, the more places my chooks have found to hide...
