Antibiotics for pigeons

The pigeon I found has green poop. I think he is sick. Is there any safe antibiotics safe for pigeons or any over the counter medication safe to give him?

green poop is usually because either the bird ate something green like peas, or it's not eating at all. Try food first. Medicate only when you know exactly what the problem is.
