The babies arrived at about 6:30 this morning! They seem to be doing very well! :)

You are making me want more ducklings!!!  :love

Glad they seem to be doing well!

I want more already! Lol!
We are slowly getting to know each other. I can already pick out personality, One is a bit more skittish, and are working towards a little cuddling and holding action.

Oh I've only just seen this!!!! :love how cute!! Do you have names for them?

Here's the latest snaps of my lot, they will be three weeks old on Friday! Times flying!!

Their house is still work in progress, would you cover all of the concrete slabs in bedding? What would you suggest for bedding in the actual house that they will sleep in? Hay?
They seem to really love being out there and I hate moving them back into the brooder, I have an ecoglow when do you think they will be ok to go the night out there? I do have a kiddies sandpit for when they are bigger that I'm going to use as their pool hence the washing up bowl for now haha

Looks heavenly!

How cold does it get overnight?

You may watch and see what areas they seem to like the best, then decide whether to cover the floor with anything or nothing. Let them help you decide.
By the way, I set some Call duck eggs in my incubator yesterday

No way!!! Ha, you didn't last long did you. How exciting though, what day are you going to candle them?! :weee

Looking at the weather app it say 16 celcius for overnight tonight, it's been about 25 celcius during the day recently (hot for England!!!). It's warmer in there though as its sheltered. I do have power up there for the heat lamp. I just think they will be happier the sooner they can stay out there.
What about the bedding for overnight in the house? Is hay ok or should I use wood shavings in there too?

Oh I forgot to say that there is an extension of about the size again for when they are a bit bigger we are just currently making that bit predator proof!!!

Heeeey,
So I've just been looking at my ducklings webs and wondered if you guys could help me...
Two of them have these on the bottom of each foot!! Is it bumble foot?
They are kept in a clean environment so I'm not sure how they've picked it up if it is and how would I go about treating it :(
