Any dog lovers that can help me with this one?

Where would I find goats milk? Can I buy it at the store? The vet said they are about 10 weeks old... which means more solid foods but do ya think they would still need that extra nurishment? I had heard for years that goats milk has a lot of benifits can someone explain those to me?

Its so strange... I had always grown up around animals and always had several dogs and a few cats my dad even raised rabbits. But for about 7 years we have lived overseas and only had our little dog along with a few guinea pigs and such... now we are now back in the states and I feel like I am in a whole new world. Im definatly struggling with culture shock... after being in Europe for so long its the shock of my own culture. Its such a strange feeling.

Im sure glad I can come hang out with my peeps at BYC... lol

They are so adorable.I would say a boxer mix from the looks of their face structure..My d.d brought home a pup 3 weeks ago.someone dumped her and her sister in a box in the woods behind d.d.'s friends house. The friends neighbor took 1 and d.d. hid the pup in her room for a day before she told me.She was abt 4mos old according to her teeth n the vet.The poor thing was petrified of DH n DS's...We think she was abused...My d.d. named her marley, she is a very smart pup and has become less fearful when dh n ds's walk into the room...she is adjusting quite well and is now part of our family...It wasnt a good time for a pup as we have a 14 yr old retriever who is not doing well, another dog we are watching till Aug for friends and after my rott passed,dh promised me 2 rott pups when our friends dog leaves...So the vet said d.d. pup is black lab/rott mix...lol...d.d. said see mom,you got a rott early...lol.I get so upset at how people can just dump, kill or abuse animals..it is so sad.Thankyou for your warm loving heart and taking in those beautiful babies...As you can see Im the same way and it has rubbed off on my kids to be caring and to take care of those less fortunate animals...when my d.d. was a senior in H.S. another friends cat had kittens, she found homes for all but 2,her dad in his drunken state told her to get rid of the last 2 or he was gonna shoot em..My D.D.went there and took them, gave 1 to another friend and hid the kitten in her room.(she put food,h20 n make shift litter box in her closet..She took the kitten to a friends every am via way of her big purse..while she was a t class n work..1 day as I was putting her laundr away, something moved,I turned ard and here was this adorable 6week old kitten..She told us the story and of course he makes kitty #3,he to stayed...She does pay the vet bills and of course helps w/the care between school n work..My lids all laughed when we found out, because everyone knew abt the kitten but me n dh...lol..Oh us animal lovers...Have fun w/the pups.

They are adorable! I personally think there is a special place in hell for people who dump defenseless animals along the roadside.

I second the beagle look. Especially in the side head shot - looks just like a beagle. Also, their paws seem awfully small for a boxer breed.

Doesn't matter - they are still so cute!

Someone said they thought bulldog type mix.. any thoughts on that. I have had a LOT of people say Beagle... Im thinking I can just say beagle/boxer mix??? I do agree their feet are not big enough and their build is not as stocky. Which is why I also did not think bulldog. But when I look at their hind ends... they do look boxerish. Is that even a word? lol But really who knows how many type breeds are in these babies... could explain the smaller feet.

I also noticed they have webbed feet! Which I had heard that not all dogs have those. Ive never even noticed webbed feet on any dog. Until I looked these pups toes. Then I googled it and SURE ENOUGH... some breeds have webbed feet.

Its all like putting a puzzle together... even though we wont know if we are right... sure is fun to play along anyway!
