That sounds so good. I love sour dough bread but I don’t want to attempt to make.

Mine was a kitchen aid and it was easy to fix. Ron, Great that you were able to fix your mixer. It does pay to be a "fixer".

Ron, you have a proofer? I use my dishwasher. Does that sound ok? I do NOT use it as a dishwasher. Like to wash my dishes and it serves as a proffer for me.

My youngest brother had a pizza made each year with “Happy Birthday” spelled out in pepperoni. After the first year, they actually were prepared for us the next few. Since we were a big family of nine, plus anyone eating with us, they knew we needed more than one pie. I guess it was the manager that purchased cake accessories to make a “layer cake” pizza with three layers. Pepperonis were cut and arranged creatively.

That would be a great proofer!

My present for Christmas was a proofer. I added a shelf kit to it. I use it the make yogurt
