Really? How did you do it? Maybe I cooked it wrong last time I cooked it.

Does it taste good?

I just covered the skinned and mud line removed carp with canned tomatoes and baked it. It was a long time ago. I do remember discarding the tomatoes since they drew out the objectionable flavors.

There is still the old recipe for baking carp that says to place carp on a pine board and bake. After baking is complete, discard carp and eat board.
