I went out today and got the ingredients for NFC's blueberry cheesecake bars... Gonna give it a whirl... Last six months or so, I've been too tired to do much in the kitchen... Now I can get back at it. As for the easy melt cheese discussion, I prefer to make my own... I'd love to make it from cheese I've made, but still doing small batches..
I was determined to set the kitchen on fire tonight!
I wanted to make more powdered sugar to fill the canister to a respectable level. The blender didn’t like how full it was, and the motor got really hot.
I then splashed oil onto a hot burner. The fire kept reigniting. I almost put something on it, but it finally stayed out.
I’m going to stay out of the kitchen now.
