Any Home Bakers Here?

My reviews:
The yogurt was a bit “tangy” when I took the first bite with whey on the spoon. The second taste was decent since I tipped it forward to let the liquid drip off.
Tomorrow it will be properly chilled, and I will be able to make a better educated decision.
Did you add a sweetener? I wonder how it would be as frozen yogurt?
 
The coffee yogurt is good, but not something to remake. However, I’m going to play with it (flinging it onto the walls and ceiling, rubbing it in the dog’s fur, squishing it between my toes...) today, and see if it’s better with more coffee and/or sweeter. I have a small batch straining now.
This is my second time making yogurt. It definitely set up a lot faster. But it’s also... I think saying it’s in sheets is a good description. Imagine skimming fat out of beef stew. :D I’m sure someone is going to tell me why it’s like that, so I don’t have to phrase it in a question.
