Any Home Bakers Here?

I was actually sitting here, thinking. I suddenly remembered using my sourdough starter, adding some sugar and milk, and giving my sister some friendship bread starter two years ago. I put it in her feeezer since she wasn’t able to get to it right away.
You now have me thinking I need to make some for myself!

My current understanding is that if I had not continued feeding the starter I made for my sister, there would’ve been enough water still in the batch to make it a Herman starter.
I looked it up and it is the same thing but b people started calling it Herman due to the care and feeding lol never knew it was the same thing!
