Any Home Bakers Here?

I made the Dublin Coddle for supper the other night. It was very good, DH says to add it to the recipe box. I substituted an Oatmeal Stout for the Guiness as the Guiness would be too much for me. I think I would be happy with just a beef broth, but the beer was good and DH really enjoyed it.
Thank you for the recipe

So glad to hear you guys liked the Dublin Coddle, we thought it was a good one too!

Work is still closes because of the bad air from the fire so I baked no knead bread!

(Sorry for the enormous picture)

I have a big, fancy one that we used to use at our tea & spice shop but the one pictured above is much easier to move around and stow.
Thanks Debby. I have seen this scale on some of the cooking shows. I am putting my list together and will start SHOPPING.
Thanks again. This GROUP is fantastic. Always comes to my rescue. Regards, Aria

Tomorrow I'm doing all the Thanksgiving prep and baking I can do ahead of turkey day. Anyone else going to be playing in the kitchen?
I will be baking pies and making cranberry sauce. Tonight I will be dry brining the turkey

I'm only in charge of the green bean casserole so I think I'm going to throw that together tonight and bake it Thursday morning. I'm tempted to make more cookies too.
