I was told you cannot have a dishwasher with a septic tank. Of course, my old electric couldn’t take it anyway.

Of course you can have a dishwasher with a septic tank! Who told you that? I have one, my son just ordered a manufactured home with one to be placed on his land that has a septic. If you load the dishwasher full it takes less water than hand washing. That's what I do since it's just husband and me. I have a well too and try to be careful with water. And by the way, no, you do not have to have a garbage disposal if you have a dishwasher. At least this is true here in Northern California! Maybe not where you are? I don't use the garbage disposal much, I throw out to the compost pile most stuff or just feed the dogs and chickens with leftovers!

My son is signing Escrow papers tomorrow for his new manufactured home. I promised the sales guy cupcakes. Here's what I made: hostess cream filled chocolate cupcakes, topped with chocolate ganache and the white swirl and chocolate cupcakes with cream cheese frosting in two colors. I was in a hurry to get this done and it's very poorly done and quite messy. I'm close to being ashamed, but it's ok, they will taste great!

Wow wonderful cupcakes I would take them in a blink ... this was dinner pork steak and mashed potato with onion soup gravy always the Moo juice
