Thank you for the recipe! I was worried it wouldn't come out, I didn't have baking soda so I used a Tablespoon of baking pwd and cut the salt in half. I hope it tastes ok.

Hmm, I hadn't thought about a filling, I'll have to see what they have. The pizza flour crossed my mind but DH loves the way I make it now and don't want to mess that up.
