You can ripen bananas quickly DMC with no need to wait. Just put some foil on a baking sheet and put your nanners on it. Bake at 350* until they reach your desired level of doneness. One of my favorite baking shortcuts!

All that like Banana Bread....You can make it in a mug...
1tlbs melted butter
1 tlbs milk
add beaten with fork.. 1 egg
1 mashed banana...ripe
3 tlbs flour STIR
Add 3 tlbs brown sugar.. mix add
1/2 tsp baking powder
nuts
STIR
place in microwave 1 min
Check..30 sec..(depending it may take l min & 45 sec) Aria

Just got done baking a red velvet cake and some rolled out sugar cookies. I have to frost both yet. I have a daycare meeting(new part time job)tomorrow night and I guess everyone brings something to eat. I’m also bringing veggies and dip.

Just put 2 loaves of banana bread in the oven.

Now what to do with the rest of those bananas...

Fixed my car!

It was actually 4 problems. Coolant, Alternator (The one we got from the junkyard was bad,) Battery (Killed by Alternator,) and finally the fuel pump.

Me and my father replaced them all!

It works great now!
