bread went in the compost but did great corn dogs forgot to do extra milk first batch did the second batch will make 2 the next time

I got this as part of a prize at the fair. I’ll never use the platter but the spatula and yeast will get used. I’ve never seen this yeast before.

I've never seen that type of yeast either DMC. The platter is pretty! That would be just the thing for fried chicken

It’s a Fiesta platter. I washed it and got the painting off so now I can use it for fried chickenI’ll let you know how the yeast is.

Sorry so late in but I have no patients for allot of folks now and detest crowds
anymore ... the bread my sourdough has not been doing well may actually make myself a new one lat couple times been like bricks
