Any Home Bakers Here?

No doughnuts yet. I got busy with a few deliveries. I think I’m supposed to have more... or less. :hu I will sort that out later.
The piñatas are filled, and now I have to seal, decorate and get to the post office.
One piñata weighs in at 8lb, 4.4oz. It’s filled to the max. Duckling doesn’t get much candy here. Her piñata is two pounds, and she will probably refuse most of it. I’m not going to remind her that she likes what I put in. I will just put it away for me.

I weighed the dough before and after I divided so the loaves are more consistent in size. Still working on getting a consistent shape and I might leave the next batch to rise a little longer the second time.

I hand form into an oblong shape and the roll the dough flat with a rolling pin. The middle is wider than the ends. I roll the dough up from the smaller end and then pinch the seam together. I tuck the ends over and them place the dough into the bread pans.

Thanks! I'll try it this way next week.

I don't have either but I'll look for some this weekend. I did find a baked chocolate donut recipe with peanut butter frosting that I'm definitely trying though.

You can't go wrong with chocolate and peanut butter :drool
