Any Home Bakers Here?

I made these yesterday; in case you can’t tell, they’re dinner rolls, and they’re a disgrace. I didn’t punch down the dough enough after the first rise....I will try again today!

As long as they tasted ok, it's all good! Bread takes practice, that's for sure.

Anyone have a good source for bison? All I can find around here in the stores is prepacked ground bison. Tried it, and it was awful. There's a nearby bison farm, but they don't sell to the public. I would like to buy directly from the farm, if possible. Thanks!
Our Costco sells bison ground beef

I think you can get bison at our Costco, as well, but I don't know where it comes from. There is a bison farm not far from here that sells to the public. The owner is a customer of mine and he brought a couple frozen patties in for me to try. My husband cooked the bejesus out of them, but they were still really good

White Bread/Aria:
5-6 cups Bread Flour
1T Yeast
1/2 T kosher salt
3T Veggie Oil
3 T Honey
2 cups Water 120 - 125 degrees
water yeast honey oil...in Mixer ....flour and salt (last)...add flour
4 cups and then little flour at a time...mixing.. until comes to a dough
ball with a clean bowl. (I used 5 1/2 cups of flour today)
Cover and place in a warm place for 1 hour to RISE (till double)
On a lightly floured board ...roll out the dough to shape...
Place in a greased tin and let rise 45 min to 1 hour (until top of the tin)
(mine took 45 minutes today) Bake 375 degree oven 35 minutes.
Cool
