I do not usually make Cake. Made a Chocolate Cake ...for visiting neighbors. Was good. Did not make frosting...just sprinkled with
confect sugar. And served with Whipped Cream. They enjoyed it.

It was a 9 x 13 and gave them two pieces to take home. And DH and I
will eat the rest. This is a change for us. ..and we are enjoying it. Aria

We have a bit of weak sun trying to make an appearance. But it's going to take something more along the lines of a blast furnace to melt all the snow & ice we have.

We have stayed warm and cozy indoors. Photos were taken from the
window. It does look like a "Winter Wonderland"...one of our 5 chickens
has been laying...our 4 RIR have not. Our ONE Americana has been laying one green/blue egg daily.
