So you like the pan enough to get a 2nd one (a larger one)? No trouble with the dough sticking to the lid?

I made angel food cupcakes again today. This time they are ok. Last time they were terrible. The frosting is whipping cream with freeze dried strawberries that were ground up in my food processor. We are invited to the neighbors tonight for supper. I’m not sure how many will be there so I made molasses cookies also. I may bring the bread...not sure I can part with it

Thanks Debby! I wish I would have had some fresh strawberries to make the cupcakes pop but there was nothing worth buying at the store.

I will get the same size since it is perfect for us now that there are only two here eating bread.

I sprayed the lid with nonstick spray. The recipe I used had me bake for 25 minutes with the lid on and then remove the lid and bake for up to 10 minutes more.

It did not stick at all

We called them that here in Northern California too. Far north up where folks want to split from the State and form the State of Jefferson!

I think it depends on exposure to people. I ordered pop at a restaurant the waitress looked me like I was speaking a foreign language

The State of Jefferson? I didn't know they'd created a name and everything.

I've been learning. I'm not too fond of cooking, but I do love food
My fiancee and aren't too much into sweets, so my baking is usually breads or just if something needs in the oven, like one-pan chicken and veggies.
One thing I absolutely love is potato bread!
