Any Home Bakers Here?

I think for what they said tonight it may be worse
Both places have death rates growing exponentially but NY has a lot more currently. The population here is larger than NY state and the Hospitals have not been overwhelmed yet. When that happens CA will likely have more deaths than NY just due to the numbers that get it and the percentage that die from it

@Aria I have a newspaper clipping from the local paper about 1985. The local extension office had an article on sourdough with a bunch of recipes. They named the Sour Dough "Herman". So sourdough is always Herman to me, lol.
That sounds good. I am taking suggestions and when I make the choice
I will post. It is Herman from you. I will post all suggestions and my

IM, YOU CAN. If I could do it....you can too. Ron's Starter is powerful
and his directions are what makes it work. I was not sure I could make
it work and live well. I got my starter September 2016 and you can see
my Sourdough Bread is always a keeper. Thanks to Ron. You will enjoy
making it part or your home...like a new friend. I would NOT be without
it. My sister says....it is too much for her. I thought the same at first...
NOW I would not bake with out. It is my friend. I thought of naming it..
could not decide on a name...working on it. Any suggestions...any one?

Baking bread today. In fact, I have a question for you all.

What does dough enhancer and vital wheat gluten do? I found some in my pantry.

Also, went fishing and got two rainbows.
