Any Home Bakers Here?

Did Grandma or You have pie crust recipes? I have bzillion....none I really like. Blueberry Pie. Aria
Mine has always been yummy.

1cube softened butter
1 cube cream cheese
1 teaspoon salt
3 cups flour
2 tablespoons brown sugar
6-8 tablespoons water

Combine in a large flat bottom container flour, sugar, & salt. Using either a fork or your hands mix in the butter & cream cheese. Will make a crumbled mixture. Slowly add water in one tablespoon at a time until crust comes together into 2 balls. Refrigerate For 15 minutes to rest & then roll out. Makes 2 10 inch pie crusts.

Tip: if your making a pie that requires spices add a teaspoon of cinnamon to crust recipe. Adds a extra layer of taste.

ETA: 1 cube = 1/2 cup

You know this thread came at the perfect time...I was just telling Mom this afternoon that I need a new pie crust recipe. Just one question before i try it...what do you mean by 1 cube?
