Any Home Bakers Here?

I checked the Index....There are no Sourdough Bread Recipes ....
Sourdough Bread 2 loaves 9 x 5 tins
6-7 cups Flour (I use 1 cup whole wheat flour and 5 cups Bread Flour)
1 cup Sourdough Starter 1/2 cup oil (your choice..I use Avacado Oil )
1 T salt 1/2 cup honey 1 1/2 cups water. (optional I add 1 T whey
protein powder and 1 T flaxmeal).1. The night before you want to make bread combine flour, starter, oil, salt, honey and water in a large bowl if
you are going to mix by hand.. I put it in my mixer. Add just enough flour
6 -7 cups. Add a little more water if it is too dry or more flour if too wet.
Place dough in greased bowl. Roll dough around a bit..so dough is lightly coated.. Cover the dough and let it rise overnight.
2.The next day divide the dough into two even balls...shape. Place in
greased loaf pans. Allow to double in size in a warm place. covered
in a warm place 4 to 12 hours. I let it rise to top of tins. Bake 400 degree, 30-35 minutes

I have sent recipes for Sourdough Breads I baked...with photos. I could
not find ANY listed in the index. I sent you one. I have more of course.
I wonder why they were not listed? I have posted one for you. Aria

Here’s one I copied to my notes.

Sandwich Sourdough Bread
4 cups flour ( I used l cup whole wheat and 3 cups Bread White )
1 1/2 cups warm water
2 teaspoons yeast
2 Tablespoons Honey
2 Tablespoons Almond Oil
2 Tablespoons instant dry milk
1 Tablespoon Whey Protein Powder
1 Tablespoon Flaxmeal
1 teaspoon sea salt
1/2 Cup Sourdough Starter

Mix in a mixer....knead first slowly, the #2 for 5 minutes
Place in greased bowl cover an let rise 1 hour in a warm place
Punch down...flat...roll into loaf (This is a 2 pound loaf)
Bake 400 degree oven 30 minutes
