My Ribs are simple...(I've never really done beef ribs though,I think I'll try them)
These were already trimmed nicely so I just cut a shallow cut between the bones on the back side.
Then on the backside I rubbed a little light brown sugar....and paprika.
flipped them over..sprinkle light brown sugar, paprika, Frank's red hot season salt (regular season salt with a little cayenne would work), course ground black pepper, garlic powder and thyme.
NOT A LOT OF ANY OF THESE JUST ENOUGH TO GET A NICE LIGHT EVEN RUB.
Then I grilled them bone side down first.
And I finished then off with Sweet Baby Rays chipotle honey BBQ sauce.
Usually I lightly smoke them but I was pressed for time.
Plus we have homemade bbq sauce but that chipotle honey sounded good yesterday.
