granddaughter's birthday coming up. She loves my cream puffs, but wants a cream puff birthday cake! Does anyone have any suggestions?

I always make a Sponge Cake and make a cream puff filling and make layers. Not too creative. Perhaps Bull Chick may have some suggestions.

Alright made the Fruit muffins did not add sugar to the top as there is a full cup in them cut sugar in thoughts of BF diabetic

Found out last night that DD2 will be showing up on the 5th from VA for a couple of weeks of quarantine before going back to school in Canada - where she will have to quarantine for 2 weeks before school starts. Guess I'll need to make a few loaves of bread for the freezer before Wednesday.
