Nice!Easiest Boule 10.30.2020 New Recipe Just out of oven:
3 cups Bread Flour
1/2 tsp yeast
1/2 cup SDS 1 1/2 cups warm water View attachment 2392758
Stir
Add: 1 tsp kosher salt
Mix in a Bowl....Wet shaggy...Overnight or 3 hours (this is Overnight)
In the Morning: Place on a well floured surface....bring the outside in to
the center with a scraper. Place the dough in a parchment lined floured
bowl.....let rise 30 minutes....Oven on to 400 degrees. Place in HOT dutch
oven and bake for 30 minutes....remove lid and let bake for 10 minutes until golden.
