Wyoming is a unique animal, it is right on the line between East coast and West coast supply lines for many big corporations.

When we where buying our camper, we went to the manufacturer website and looked at layouts. The one we liked was not at the dealership, and the one at the dealership that we liked almost as much was not on the web-site. When we called and asked about the discrepency - the guy explained it to us. We could order any layout they made, because we were in the gray area between the 2 manufacturing areas. Something about the Great Continental Divide. So, in many ways, we are a divided country.

Do you have both hellmans and best foods mayonnaise in the stores?
 
Easiest Boule 10.30.2020 New Recipe Just out of oven:
3 cups Bread Flour
1/2 tsp yeast
1/2 cup SDS 1 1/2 cups warm water

Stir
Add: 1 tsp kosher salt
Mix in a Bowl....Wet shaggy...Overnight or 3 hours (this is Overnight)
In the Morning: Place on a well floured surface....bring the outside in to
the center with a scraper. Place the dough in a parchment lined floured
bowl.....let rise 30 minutes....Oven on to 400 degrees. Place in HOT dutch
oven and bake for 30 minutes....remove lid and let bake for 10 minutes until golden.

Optional: I added in the morning while shaping with my scraper:
sunflower seeds, pumpkin seeds, sesame seeds and worked them while
shaping the Loaf. I prefer a softer crust and bake the Boule at 400 degrees. Aria
