How I store celery in my refrigerator. This is the remains of a 2 L pop bottle. I put water in the bottom of it, add the celery and then place a plastic bag over the top of it. By doing this, I am able to keep celery usable for at least 2 months, sometimes longer.

Good morning everyone! Making pizza today. Will post a picture when it’s done.

by the way, @N F C, my mother is in love with your pizza dough recipe that I use. She wanted me to “thank whoever gave me this recipe.“

if I may make a recommendation on that recipe, I would preheat the pizza stone before putting the dough and crust on it. once the stone is fully preheated, Roll out your crust, then take the stone out of the oven, and put the crust on. After that, put the toppings and everything on top, then pop it in the oven for the specified time.

Just a thought.

Glad the recipe has been a hit Jared!

I have a chicken egg question that has to do with baking.

My girls' eggs seem to have a very thin or fragile membrane around the yolk. When I crack the egg, the yolk almost always breaks (4 out 5). Even sitting in the bowl, the membrane will sometimes break.

I have a lot of recipes that call for eggs to be separated. Am I doomed to always have to buy eggs for those recipes?

The chickens are 10 months old. I feed an all flock 20% protein pellet. This has been going on ever since they started laying. Help? Advice? Anyone else have this issue?

Curious if it’s the 20%. I usually feed 16%
