Okay, here's my try at breakfast cookies. I added ocean spray cranberries and walnuts.

Her version uses a pullman loaf pan, some recipes use a bundt pan. So yes it's probably between a cake and bread, but it shouldn't be sweet with a third cup of sugar? If it's too sweet maybe I'll make it with less sugar next time. I bet it'll make awesome french bread. I mean french toast.I had to look that up, never heard of it before.
