Any Home Bakers Here?

Bah. I changed my mind again. I folded it again and I've cheated by putting it in the oven on low then will start to bake. When I come I here I just have to bake :confused:

That looks great Jared! We usually fish in a stocked pond, it’s at a local park here, so we don’t often get anything that big. How did you cook it? We like them on the bbq with a little butter and old bay seasoning

Actually, this fish was in a stocked pond. I was surprised too.

I have a special recipe I made a while ago. It’s basically a trout flambé.
 
Corned beef is in the pressure cooker!
No it isn't it is in my stomach! Well some of it anyway ;)

I may put this in the fridge until the morning. I think it has ambitions of becoming a house.
I made the mistake of forgetting my basic sourdough loaf once, fell kinda flat by morning. Then I had one where I decided it was too late so I put the dough in the bread pan then in the fridge for the night. It came out partially raised and "ok" after baking but not as good as baking it right after it has risen.
