That looks great Jared! We usually fish in a stocked pond, it’s at a local park here, so we don’t often get anything that big. How did you cook it? We like them on the bbq with a little butter and old bay seasoning

No it isn't it is in my stomach! Well some of it anywayCorned beef is in the pressure cooker!

I made the mistake of forgetting my basic sourdough loaf once, fell kinda flat by morning. Then I had one where I decided it was too late so I put the dough in the bread pan then in the fridge for the night. It came out partially raised and "ok" after baking but not as good as baking it right after it has risen.I may put this in the fridge until the morning. I think it has ambitions of becoming a house.
