Any Home Bakers Here?

Good morning bakers! I just took a loaf of Champlain sourdough out of the oven. I had forgotten to activate my starter the other day so this loaf was started yesterday morning instead of the night before. I put in the fridge overnight in its basket and it looks good!
I made a loaf on Sunday and used spelt and semolina to sub for rye.
The bread was very good!
 
I baked a skillet chocolate chip cookie last night. YUM!
