Absolutely! I love to bake -as long as I promise my wife that I'll clean up. I LOVE bread. It's probably my favorite food. My wife has a recipe for a European-style bread that you cook in a cast iron dutch oven. You don't have to kneed it, so that makes it easier. If anyone is interested in the recipe, I'll be glad to respond and give it to you.

I am stupidly excited. My Christmas present to me is arriving tomorrow. (It’s almost impossible to surprise me for the holidays. I always figure out what I got me. )

I try not to have too many electronic gadgets, but I need something to help with bread-making and sourdough care. My in-house winter temps of 66* just won’t work. After seeing it mentioned here and getting Ron’s endorsement, I ordered the Brød and Taylor proofing box.

I do that order what I want from Amazon then BF pays for it get what I want right I cook on caphelon or cast iron .
I have one roaster of stainless
