I was trying to make granola bars. They were too soft. I baked them longer, they tasted like over-baked brownies. So I made up my own recipe. Oatmeal, applesauce, mashed banana, quinoa, honey, peanut butter, raisins, cocoa, cinnamon. I bake them till they "test done" with a toothpick. They're sort of like cake brownies, but not as sweet. They're my "granola brownies," so I call then grownies.

A lot of people here have something very similar that they call breakfast cookies.

My bread turned out really good I ate it with eggs this morning. I forgot to say I also added honey. Next time I will add a little extra salt. Its was 500g of flour I added 7g of salt

Other than that it was a lovely soft bread, I only used gas mark 5 but left it in longer until completely baked

A few years after that, I made some apple pies. I grabbed the cinnamon and sprinkled it all over the apples. Well, come to find out cinnamon and chili powder containers look very similar.

I would do that on purpose. In fact, I will next time.
