I’d love some lemon recipes ! I got a big box full of lemons, I do drink a lemon a day, but it’s not making a dent, and they won’t keep forever…I don’t drink, so limoncello isn’t an option for me, I’ve read about salt lemons, not sure if they’re really delicious…

No idea how to preserve them the lemon cake needs 2 lemons but 6 eggs and 350 g butter ( I bake a sheet, a pan is way too small for our family )

Dusting of snow here. It was 78 a few days ago.
March roller coaster.

Because my sourdough was an experiemt in "will this even work?" it was a small starter and I have been saving the few discards to start new jars to work up my volume.
One of my jars is finally getting that nice sourdough starter texture with a domed rise when fed, ... maybe I'll try making something today. Perhaps a sourdough focaccia.
