Any Home Bakers Here?

Hey all you bakers out there.. So glad BYC has a thread for everything, bc I need some help on cornbread stuffing.
This Thanksgiving I want to make an old fashioned cornbread stuffing. I’m good on the cornbread part but among most of the recipes I see to make the stuffing there is canned cream soup or some other quick fix processed stuff. I will (probably) use sausage in the cornbread, and I will be using the turkey giblets for giblet gravy.

Does anyone here know of a cornbread stuffing recipe without the canned soups?

thx in advance!! 🐓

When I make my dressing I use the following:

Thanksgiving Dressing

Turkey broth
Onion, diced
Celery, diced
Pepperidge Farms cornbread mix
Pepperidge Farms bread mix
Sage
Salt Pepper

I mix all the ingredients together.

I taste it to make sure the taste is where I want it.

Place it in a baking dish.

Bake at 350 degrees until browned.

I can't use canned cream soup, as they're thickened with wheat flour, and I'm GF. When I need some kind of cream soup, I make my own, using bone broth and thickening it with cornstarch. I haven't found a recipe that that doesn't work well in, flavor-wise.

Thanks for the tip :)
