Did a little baking.
BREAD BREADSTICKS MONKEY BREAD
White wheat bread. This is not really a recipe, but an IDEA on making multiple items from same dough.

Same dough. Made seasoned breadsticks. Rolled these into logs with my hands well oiled with EVOO. The seasonings are a mix of Parmesan, Romano cheese. Sweet basil seasoning (dry) Afterwards, dusted with some sea salt on surface. (lightly)
I let sticks rise slightly (second rise about 15 minutes) before going into oven.

Out of oven after about 13 minutes. I waited until color was lightly tanned.

The rest of my dough went to make a Monkey Bread. Below is a mixture of sugar, and cinnamon. Next to the right are pieces of Dried, diced apricot fruit. I loaded each ball with a piece of apricot.

Out of oven after about 40 minutes. I baked @350°F. After 30 minutes the temp was still not my desired. Gave it another 10, and this is what I reached.
