Ah, thanks. Glad it wadn't a tornado! We had a very brief, very intense storm here tonight as well. Not a lot of lightning and thunder though. Glad to get the moisture.

Yeeesss, but .... not everybody has the equipment needed to look at or make their own photos.

Which is the point The challenge of getting a shot of something rare and difficult to do.

Glad that strike wasn't closer to your house. Seems like you get a lot of t-storms. We could use one, haven't had rain in a couple of weeks at least.
