We have been having rain. I have a new computer and will try to send a photo of
the Sourdough Multigrain Seeded Loaves I baked. Need to research more.

It is too hot to bake, but yesterday I was at a party where everybody just brought food, so I made tomato butter ( with garlic and basil) and my first ever sourdough baguettes…I was in a hurry, so I didn’t let the dough proof enough, so they were kind of „heavy“, but they tasted good anyways and it was good I brought them ( I had at first considered just bringing the butter) cos they were the only kind of bread anybody brought ( about 40 people)

I’m watching a big thunderstorm progress right now in front of my house.

In fact, I just saw something that I CANNOT explain.

I saw a spherical white light shoot across the sky. It moved so fast that I was unable to get a picture, but slow enough that I was able to see it. After moving a little bit, it disappeared.

Like I said, I am unable to explain what I just saw.

Anyway, I lost count of how many days we’ve had consistent thunderstorms.

Pardon my ignorance, but isn’t ball lightning pretty rare?

If it was ball lightning, that’s a first for me. I’ve never seen it until today.
