Any Home Bakers Here?

Other than poutine, which itself is regional, I have no idea!!

I never heard of poutine until now.. So, I read up about it some.
Have been having my French fries with gravy often,, but only at my home.
PennyJo,, I also have been eating biscuits, but used brown gravy that I made.
Wonder if anyone else has tried my concoctions?

I made rhubarb jam today. It's still hot in the pan. I didn't get canning jars out to process it. If I like it, I might can a half pint jar or two. If I don't, there's no point.
