Any Home Bakers Here?

Other than poutine, which itself is regional, I have no idea!!
I never heard of poutine until now.. So, I read up about it some.
Have been having my French fries with gravy often,, but only at my home.
PennyJo,, I also have been eating biscuits, but used brown gravy that I made.
Wonder if anyone else has tried my concoctions? :old :idunno
