Okay, Bakers, I'm looking for a good sourdough free form loaf recipe that uses SD starter and milled wheat (I have hard white). I also have some spelt berries to mill if I need to mix some in.

Anyone have a tried and true recipe that isn't overly fussy?

Well today I've been busy baked the most amazing loaf of Sourdough bread that will become my staple sandwich loaf. It's light fluffy and so yummy! Sourdough cinnamon rolls and prepped Sourdough cinnamon raisin bagels to make tomorrow
