Any Home Bakers Here?

I ended up not making pizza tonight, instead we had hamburgers.

At the dinner table while we were eating, I excused myself and went to the other room because I was finished eating and tired. Shortly after I got into the room at the other end of the house, I heard the loudest burp ever come from the kitchen. I have no idea how I heard it from the other side of the house.

My older sister is known to have very big, very hilarious burps. I knew right away it was her.

It made my day.

My latest baking venture. This was for the Holiday weekend.
The dough recipe is in the index.

The fruit, is what I had on hand. so decided to make it. I also had some cherries, so made an additional loaf using these cherries.
This is quick cake to make with no rise time to encounter.

Upper right is the streusel I made.

The darker looking berries, are actually raisins I made the streusel with.

Hey fellow home bakers!

I have been making a lot of cheese and yogurt lately, and I have a lot of leftover whey. I've already used it to make a lot of bread, lemon merengue pie, muffins, biscuits, and just as a snack for my chickens, but I still have so much! I figured I'd turn to you guys for some other ideas.

So, what are some of your favorite uses for liquid whey? Recipes are very welcome :) I hate wasting anything!

Fellow cheese maker here. Try Ricotta, which can be made from whey.

I’ll find you a recipe.
