Nice! Let us know how it turns out. I'm also making raspberry jam today, but with pectin. However, I've made strawberry jam and peach jam without pectin before, and I liked that it was a little more runny! It's still delicious. Maybe yours will gel up thoughI made black raspberry jelly today. We'll see if it gelled. It's the first time I've made it and it was a no-pectin recipe, as I don't have any pectin on hand. But it was a good day to get it done and get the berries out of the freezer and fridge.
