We had Tornado warnings yesterday. We had HARD RAIN and
HARD STRONG WINDS.....no major damage around here...it did
break some of my Prarie Rose Flowers in my Chicken Yard.
Cloudy this Morning....looks like more rain.

We are finally high 68 today at least this morning.
Not sure I temp will be high 80's today.
Making pizza tonight.

Phone weather app says high of 77 today. That’s fine with me! I did notice that this heat we’ve been having has been like a kick in the pants to my veggie garden. Everything got a nice growth spurt!
Especially the bindweed/morning glory and Himalaya blackberries!

Baking question.

A lot of my cousins want to learn how to process and cook a fish. I think it’s a good idea, so I looked at the regulations, and I saw that you can keep smallmouth and largemouth bass where I am fishing and staying. You can also keep northern pike, but they are rare. In fact, I’ve only seen one caught where I’m staying.

Here is my question. Anybody have a good recipe specifically for bass?

OK guys, I learned something interesting in regards to baking, specifically Dutch oven cooking.

I used my formula to cook a devils tooth cheesecake for my family up here in North Idaho, and it took a lot longer to cook, even with my formula. 30 to 40 minutes longer, to be exact.

I knew there was a variable that I wasn’t accounting for, I’m pretty sure it’s altitude. Why else would the formula work where I normally live, and not work at a place with different altitude?

Needless to say, the formula still needs work. I got to figure out how to account for altitude when Dutch oven cooking.
