Any Home Bakers Here?

Sorry, I never have whey. I am sure someone here will be with you. I knew a family that had a Cottage across from our Lake Cottage....
he was Dr. Nolan and forgot wife's name....they had 10children
......you may be a relative? Aria
Actually, Nolan isn't my real name. Henrietta Pizza Nolan is what my 3 year old nephew named my first chicken. I thought it was funny so I made it my name on here. :)

Unfortunately, the whey I have is from uncultured farmer's cheese.
That is what I have also. Cant make any cheese from this clear liquid.
We use in baking breads, (not cakes),, Use ½ part of liquid when cooking rice. Also we cook a variety of soups. Use varying amounts there.
I freeze in ziplock baggies. easily stored in portion size quantities in freezer.
I don't like to waste anything ether,, especially since whey has good nutritional healthy content. :thumbsup

Thanks! I see the recipe requires whey from cultured cheese. Unfortunately, the whey I have is from uncultured farmer's cheese. I do have some whey from cultured yogurt though. Think that will work?

I understand. Let me look further into other recipes that do not require cultured cheese whey.

I don’t think whey from cultured yogurt will work, but let me find out as I am not sure.
