I have good news for everyone.

Clear skies! I actually think I can start doing astrophotography again! That smoke was bad, but now it’s getting better every day.

I also I’m going to make cheese as soon as I get my ingredients in the mail.

If I can age cheese for one month with this new waxing technique and have no mold growing underneath the wax, then I can move onto longer aging cheese types.

I can answer that one. If there was no cocoa, just made it with what was available. So blonde it was.

Growing up, we baked a recipe that was called six in one cookies.

No, grownies are something I make. I tried to make granola bars, and ended up with over-done brownies. So I let them be really moist like a fudgy brownie, with granola-type ingredients.

Your picture reminds me that I need to walk the edge of the woods and pick the ripe salal and Oregon grape berries. Lots of 'em this year.
