I followed the original recipe exactly, Elk and they came out perfectly. I said that in future I might use a mini instead. I have not done that yet. 1 2/3 cups all purpose flour
1/2 cup sugar
1/2 cup sucralose
1/4 cup honey
2/3 cup cocoa
1/2 cup shortening
1 1/2 cups sour cream
2 tsp baking soda
1 tsp salt
1 tsp vanilla
2 eggs
1 cup walnut halves
1 cup Semi-Sweet chocolate chips
Semi-Sweet Chocolate Mini Morsels
Cream sugar and shortening, add eggs and beat until creamy. Add sour cream, flour, cocoa, baking soda, salt, vanilla, walnuts and the chocolate chips. Beat until just mixed.
Fill muffin papers 2/3rds full and top with a sprinkling of the Semi-Sweet Mini Morsels.
Bake at 375° F for approximately 22 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
