Nope, sorry, it wasn't me with the Honey Wheat Bread. Who ever did, could you give @Aria a shout please?
It was me who made the honey wheat bread (my family is going ga-ga over it, BTW). I'll be happy to post the recipe a bit later (if I don't forget). Right now, all of our babies are starving, chickens and other pets, so I must go take care of them first.

Ok lil bit of a story. Church has a fall festival every year. This the first we have been back home for it. I made yeast rolls... lossa rolls for them to sell at the bake sale. Now peoples are askin me to buy some. How many and how much? I put nine in a eight inch round pan and got a bakers dozen into a square 8x8 i think it was.. I am also bein asked for yest bread and my sourdough. How much a loaf? I use the lil aluminum pans if i am givin it away to others.. for us i use a larger pan but it isnt as big as a store loaf.

That's a nice complement that you have customers lined up for your yeast products! To me, pricing them would depend on the cost of ingredients, cost of packaging and your time. Also take into account how much do things like that sell at farmer's markets or bake sales.

These sound so good! I wonder if there would be any way to convert this recipe to use apple butter instead of sauce? I have several jars of apple butter that I canned a few years back that I would like to use up. It's still good, but don't want to push my luck. I suppose I would need to cut back on the sugar and spices, since the apple butter has lots of those already! (the coffee, nuts and raisins paired with the applesauce sounds divine)

I have totally allergen free recipes, baking without wheat, eggs, gluten, or dairy-and they are sooooo delicious. Cybel pascal writes several allergen free cookbooks if anyone has allergies and her recipes are the best.
