So I decided to make Stained Glass Jigglers again for the girls. I figured I would share, on the off chance that someone has not seen these yet.
Stained Glass Jigglers:
4 to 6 boxes of different colored jello 3 oz
2 packets of unflavored gelatin
1 can condensed milk
boiling water

Make each jello Jigglers according to direction on package. refrigerate for several hours to set
Once jello sets, add 2 packets gelatin to 2 cups boiling water, stir to disolve, add can of condensed milk. Refrigerate to cool, 30 min.
Meanwhile cube all other Jigglers and set in large pan, any pattern you would like.
Pour cooled milk jello over set Jigglers and refrigerate over night.

This is super easy, pretty, and yummy. I made this last night but failed to keep the water boiling for the jigglers so some of my batches of jiggles were jello and did not hold up like they should have . So I went ahead and made it with the jello, it does not look as pretty as the picture, but good enough for my girls.

I will include the pinterest link so you can see better pictures:

Easy and pretty. I can see how kids would have fun eating those!

@OrganicFarmWife Cute idea! I love it!

Today I started on the ritz cracker cookies. I have no where near enough chocolate, so will have to go to Costco and buy two more big bags of chocolate chips. I know this isn't baking, but for those of you who hadn't heard of these, all you need is

Wax paper
Melt chocolate chips. Take two ritz crackers, put peanut butter on one and place the other ritz on top to make a sandwich. Dip in melted chocolate, make sure it's all coated in chocolate and set on wax paper to dry.

They are easy, just very time consuming. I make a lot of them. I got a Costco box of ritz crackers and two jars of peanut butter. I usually make the ritz/peanut butter sandwiches, place them in a ziplock bag and then all I have to do is melt the chocolate and dip them.
